01About These Terms

02Travel Enquiries and Quotations

Website descriptions and displayed prices are general information unless expressly confirmed as a binding offer. Availability, departure dates, accommodation, transportation, visa requirements and final prices should be confirmed in a written quotation or booking confirmation.

A request submitted through the website or WhatsApp does not itself guarantee a reservation.

03Booking and Contract Formation

Before a booking is finalized, we will communicate the applicable itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, total price, payment terms and relevant supplier or organizer conditions. A binding booking should arise only in accordance with the specific confirmation and terms supplied for that journey.

Where a journey qualifies as a package travel arrangement under applicable law, mandatory traveller rights and disclosures apply regardless of these general website terms.

04Prices and Payments

Prices may vary according to travel dates, availability, exchange rates and selected services. Any deposits, payment deadlines, accepted payment methods and consequences of late payment must be clearly stated in the specific booking offer or confirmation.

Do not send payment to an account or link that has not been verified through our official contact channels.

05Cancellations, Changes and Refunds

Cancellation charges, amendments, refunds and processing times depend on the type of service, booking conditions and applicable consumer or package travel rights. These details must be provided before the customer commits to a booking.

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory cancellation, refund or termination rights provided by applicable law, including relevant rights under EU package travel legislation.

06Passports, Visas and Travel Requirements

Travellers should ensure that their passport details and other information are accurate. Entry, visa, vaccination and pilgrimage requirements can change and may depend on nationality and personal circumstances.

We can assist with travel documentation where included in the agreed service, but visa issuance and entry decisions remain with the relevant authorities. We will communicate which requirements or documents we are responsible for arranging.

07Hajj and Umrah Arrangements

Hajj and Umrah journeys are subject to official regulations, permits, quotas, travel schedules and conditions set by relevant authorities and suppliers. The final itinerary and included services will be described in the applicable booking documents.

Travellers should follow official safety, health and pilgrimage instructions during their journey.

08Flights, Hotels and Third-Party Services

Airlines, hotels, transportation companies and other providers may apply their own operating conditions. We will identify relevant supplier conditions and explain our role as organizer, retailer or intermediary, as applicable to the specific booking.

Nothing here limits statutory liability or assistance obligations that apply to us under mandatory travel law.

09Traveller Responsibilities

Travellers are expected to provide accurate booking information, meet communicated travel deadlines, carry required documents and follow reasonable safety instructions. We recommend considering suitable travel insurance, including medical and cancellation cover.

10Website Use and Content

Website text, photographs, designs and branding are provided for informational use. You may not reproduce protected material without permission, except as allowed by law. We aim to keep information accurate but may update website content when services change.

11Complaints and Contact

If a concern arises before or during travel, please notify us promptly so we can review the matter and, where applicable, provide assistance. Email info@albadrtravels.nl with your booking reference, a description of the issue and relevant documents.

Applicable statutory complaint and dispute rights remain unaffected.

12Applicable Law and Mandatory Rights

These terms are intended for a business based in the Netherlands. Any governing-law or jurisdiction arrangement must not deprive consumers of mandatory protections available under applicable law. Specific contractual terms should be confirmed in your booking documentation.

13Changes to These Terms

We may update these website terms. Changes will be posted here and do not retroactively replace binding booking terms without a valid legal basis.
